Linkt Account Suspended: What Happens Next?
A suspended Linkt account is no longer operating normally. A tag that beeps four times is a common warning. If you continue using toll roads, trips may be identified from the number plate and additional fees or notices can follow.
Why can an account be suspended?
a low or negative balance
a failed direct debit or expired payment card
an overdue amount on the account
missing or incorrect account information
another issue requiring Linkt review
What happens if you keep travelling?
The road does not block the vehicle. Cameras can still record the registration. If the trip cannot be charged to a valid account, number-plate matching, toll invoices or later notices may apply. Continuing to drive without fixing the account can turn several small tolls into a much larger total.
How to restore the account
Sign in and read the suspension message.
Check the balance and recent failed payments.
Update the card or direct-debit details if required.
Pay the amount needed to reactivate the account.
Confirm each vehicle and tag is correctly linked.
If the account does not reactivate after payment, contact Linkt and keep the receipt or confirmation number.
